Can I create an invoice without signing up?

Yes. Click “Create an AI invoice” and describe the buyer, goods or services, quantity and price. The assistant will ask for any missing details and help prepare your invoice.

How is issuing an invoice different from approving one?

When you issue an invoice, you ask a client to pay for your goods or services. When you add an incoming supplier invoice, you arrange for your team to review and approve it before payment.

How do I connect Telegram?

Open your Okcept profile and choose the option to connect Telegram. Link your account and select the organization whose invoices you want to work with.

Are cash flow, P&L and balance sheet reports available?
